Selected work
This page brings up selected examples of work that reflect how I contribute in practice.
The focus is less on listing responsibilities and more on showing the deliverables, coordination, and communication involved in moving work forward across different contexts. I have chosen examples that illustrate professional judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to support delivery with clarity and consistency. Where necessary, examples are described at a general level to respect confidentiality.
Product-launch communication:
Product launches in technical environments often involve multiple subject-matter experts and several rounds of review. My contribution has included gathering and structuring input, helping clarify the most relevant messages, coordinating revisions, and supporting the preparation of launch-related content.
Tangible outputs may include product descriptions, website content, customer-facing materials developed using Adobe Creative Cloud, organic LinkedIn campaigns, and internal webinars. This type of work has made me comfortable asking for clarification and identifying what needs to be prioritised as the scope develops over time. I have learned that asking for support at the right moment is part of responsible delivery, especially when accuracy and deadlines matter.
Led, together with a counterpart, communication planning and delivery for international trade fairs in the technical B2B sector. The work involved aligning event messaging with featured solutions and broader company communication, coordinating inputs and deliverables across stakeholders, and helping ensure that materials were ready for use before and during the event.
Deliverables included event messaging, booth-related content and design layout, sales materials, customer invitations, internal briefing materials, and LinkedIn content planning.
This work improved my capability to coordinate communication across a bigger stakeholder group, maintain consistency across multiple materials, and adapt to changing inputs while keeping event objectives and delivery requirements in view.
Cross-functional trade fair communication:
Owned the development of an internal communication campaign, including a video designed to reflect a business update to relevant stakeholders. The work involved gathering direction from management, clarifying the purpose and objectives, shaping the content, and coordinating with an external agency throughout development and delivery.
The video was completed and shown at an internal company event on the agreed delivery date. The project strengthened my creative thinking in an efficient matter while still translating organisational priorities into a clear message, coordinating input from internal and external contributors, and helping present the people behind the organisation.
Internal communications:
This is the practical layer that helps communication move from intention to delivery. It includes the workflows, tools, content systems, and production processes that support consistent marketing execution.
Marketing workflow improvement
Supported the efficiency of recurring marketing tasks through clearer workflows, reusable content structures, and stronger familiarity with the tools used to create and publish materials. Created, updated, and maintained digital content through CMS platforms, supporting the delivery of marketing communication across relevant channels.
Content and creative production
Used Adobe Creative Cloud and other creative tools to develop and refine marketing materials, supporting the transition from initial concept to polished, usable communication.
